What drains you the most in social media? The Reels? The stories? The pressure to share everything? Ask yourself, is this something I have to do? Is this something I can do less of?

- Adjust your rhythm.

What do you want to be known for? How can you make your message more clear and share more about what matters to you?

- Listen to others.

Social media can easily become about US. Our day, our work, our life. Take time regularly to listen to others and invite them to share. This will always be life giving!

- Create boundaries.

When social media becomes a never ending task your certain to grow weary.

Have clear goals of what content you want to get out each day and then check it off the list and step away. Our brains are literally wired to become addicted to these apps and working from a place of addiction to your screen is never fulfilling.

- Step out from under the pressure.

I know, I know. They're all telling you that you HAVE to do this and you BETTER be doing that. But the most successful business owner is one who knows their limits and invests their time well for the long haul. Do what you can today in the best way that you can!
